Psychology Associates are delighted to welcome Paul Knox to our team. Paul graduated in 2010 from the University of Otago with a PhD and a Diploma in Clinical Psychology. Paul is primarily trained in cognitive behavioural therapy and incorporates elements of mindfulness, schema therapy, and motivational interviewing into his work. read more »

Lots of Kiwi adolescents drink lots of alcohol:

Over 60% of secondary school students are current drinkers; over 34% of all students had binge drunk recently; and among current drinking students, over 46% usually drank 5 or more drinks per session (see Youth ’07 study for more stats). read more »
